Sheydos

Bogdan “Sheydos” Naumov is a Russian player who is currently playing for Gambit Esports.

Sheydos joined Gambit Esports on 28th September 2020 as a young regional pickup. He has since helped Gambit be a dominating force in the CIS region, winning the region’s VCT events a total of 3 times. Sheydos usually plays the Anchor role for Gambit with his main agents including flashers and sentinels.

After joining Gambit the first major Grand Final that Sheydos won was the Nicecactus Summer Trophy #2, which was a BO3 Gambit winning 2-0 against HSDIRR. Sheydos was playing Raze on both the maps (Bind and Split) and had a combined total of 41 kills out-performing everyone on the server and making a name for himself in the roster. He had an ACS of 253 and an ADR of 153. The young rifler also had a whopping 7 first types of blood for his team creating tons of space and entries.

The next major Grand Final run was in the Champions Tour CIS Stage 1: Masters in March 2021. Gambit went on to win 3-0 dominantly against forZe. Sheydos played Sage and Raze on the three maps (Ascent, Bind, and Split). He had 57 kills across three maps, at least 10 more than everyone else on the opponent team. Sheydos had impressive stats with 239 ACS and 150 ADR. He also had the best K/D differential being +19, with 57 kills and 38 deaths only.

The most recent showing from Sheydos was in their 3-0 victory against Envy in Valorant Champions Tour Stage 3: Masters Berlin Grand Finals back in September of 2021. Sheydos was playing flash on all three maps and had tons of assists for his team. Setting up big plays and flashing for his duelists, and also used his utility to gain map control and information. His smart playstyle helped Gambit perform a clean sweep against Envy in the finals.
