The Copenhagen Flames is a professional esports team based in Denmark. The team was founded in 2016, and they compete in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Overwatch. The Copenhagen Flames have qualified for several major tournaments, including the ELEAGUE Major 2017 and the Overwatch World Cup 2017. The team is owned by Sebastian Lund, who also owns the Danish esports organization North.
Copenhagen Flames have established themselves as one of the top teams in Denmark and Scandinavia. The Flames have won several tournaments and leagues, including the Copenhagen Games in 2018.
The Copenhagen Flames are known for their passionate and dedicated fan base, who support the team through thick and thin. The Flames are always looking to improve and grow their roster, and they are always striving to be the best.
The Danish team is competeting in the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 (the biggest tournament of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive). They have qualified for the quater-finals and will be competeting against ENCE to qualify for the semi-finals of CS:GO Major tournament on May 20, 2022.

The Danish professional esports organization, Copenhagen Flames is also involved in controversies due to the way they operate their teams. They have been accused of not paying their players on time, and of not providing adequate support for their teams. Additionally, some of the players on the Copenhagen Flames roster have been accused of cheating in online matches.
However, later the esports organization issues a series of statements regarding the cheating accustion. On Twitter they posted, "The admins of L33TCup has looked into the demos of our match against Axis The admins didn't find evidence to support unfair play, and as such the result stands, knocking us into the "Last Chance" stage. We will look at the evidence at hand ourselves, and make a statement later."

In Overwatch, they have won the United Esports League Season 2, and in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, they have won the PUBG Online League Denmark Season 1.

Later, the Head of Esports, Daniel Vorborg of Copenhagen Flames also issued a statement on their website.
A couple of days ago, after our 0-2 loss to Axis in L33TCup; we announced that we asked the admin team to look into suspicious behavior from the enemy team. Within the hour, the admin team said they did not have any conclusive evidence and let Axis play in the upper bracket final. We were not satisfied with the situation and decided to look into the situation ourselves.
This is us following up on the incident.
After further reconsideration, the admin team of L33TCup has decided to disqualify Axis because of evidence that one of their players was not playing fairly.
This means Navi JR and ourselves will move into the “Last Chance” Bracket.
While we are disappointed that the Axis vs Hellraisers match was not postponed to investigate the situation, which would have allowed us a chance for first place in the group, we acknowledge that the admin team has tried their best to rectify the situation.
We will continue to play from the “Last Chance” bracket, aiming to win the whole tournament.
