The number of teams and players playing in the Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2022 from Brazil as a hosting country. Do they have the edge over other teams in front of their hometown?
IEM Rio Major will be the most prominent Counter-Strike Major in CS:GO's history. The Brazilian crowd is also one of the biggest and has loved Counter-Strike since the game has come out.
This CSGO Major is also best for the Brazil because the number of players and teams is more excellent than previous majors. In total, four teams are playing from Brazil or have Brazilian players. Also, 15 players from the hosting country are playing in this year's final CS:GO Major.
