Sources: dev1ce has joined Astralis, and farlig is expected to be replaced
dev1ce is joining Astralis; the deal has been done! The official statement will be public at any moment.

Th return of dev1ce to his former team Astralis is confirmed. The news is probably the best news for the Danish CSGO roster and their fans in a very long-time. According to the Jaxon report, the Astralis has successfully signed the dev1ce, though the deal has not been made public yet.

The 27-years-old Danish player joined Ninjas in Pyjamas in 2021 and left Astralis, which was a complete shock for everyone, including the players of Astralis CS:GO roster at that time. After the departure of dev1ce, most other players and the coach also left the roster to join Team Vitaliy.

The report also states that Nicolai “device” Reedtz will be expected to replace Asger “farlig” Jensen. However, it is not confirmed yet. Upon joining his former Counter-Strike roster, the dev1ce will join his former teammates Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander and Andreas “Xyp9x” Hojsleth.

For context, dev1ce has been inactive in NIP since late 2021 and has not made a match in 2022. dev1ce has also waived off €130,000 (1M DKK) to join his former roster out of his pocket, and since Astralis was the top priority of dev1ce, which is now coming true.
