BLAST Premier fall groups 2022 Play-In Stage Schedule

From today (25th of August), BLAST Premier Fall Groups' Play-In stage matches will begin in Denmark. The winners of the group stage matches are already in the finals, the runner-ups entered directly in the semi-finals, and the remaining will compete in the quarter-finals.

Quarter-finals

On day one, the quarter-final matches will be played and they are as follows:

1. Match 1: OG vs Complexity Gaming
2. Match 2: Evil Geniuses vs NIP
3. Match 3: G2 Esports vs BIG

All three winners of these quarter-finals will enter into the semi-finals, where they will compete against the runner-ups from group stage matches and they are FaZe Clan, Team Vitality, and Team Liquid.

Semi-finals

On day two, three semi-final matches will be played and the schedule is as follows:

1. Match 1: FaZe Clan vs OG
2. Match 2: Team Vitality vs G2 Esports
3. Match 3: Team Liquid vs NIP

After tomorrow's semi-finals winners will reach the finals of the play-in stage where they will face the winners of group stage matches; Astralis, Natus Vincere, and Heroic.

Finals

On the final day three, play-in stage final matches will begin and the schedule of the matches is as follows:

1. Match 1: Astralis vs OG
2. Match 2: Heroic vs Team Liquid
3. Match 3: Natus Vincere vs Team Vitality

Last Chance Matches

1. Match 1: FaZe Clan vs [Losing team from finals]
2. Match 2: G2 Esports vs [Losing team from finals]
3. Match 3: NIP vs [Losing team from finals]

All of these matches will be played under single-elimination gauntlets and each game will be the best of three (Bo3) meaning in each match three maps will be played and the best one will become the winner.

The winner from each gauntlet advances to the Fall Finals, the second and third position holder team from each gauntlet advance to the Last Chance Stage, and the Fourth team from each gauntlet advance to the Fall Showdown.
